Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I've lived at Montclair for the past 2 years, just moved out last week. We absolutely loved it there. It is quiet and well kept. The only complaint I would have is our air conditioner didn't get cool enough, but ANY time we needed service they were there the next business day or sooner! You get the convenience of an apartment without the apartment complex feeling. It was great! I would highly recommend it to anyone.
