I am not sure what the other reviews are talking about... its not super fancy, but for the price of what youre getting, i am not complaining (living alone in a great neighborhood in the middle of the city for under $1000!). I have not seen a bug or a mouse, something that i got in both my last apartments. Maintenance usually doesn't take more than a day or two to respond to complaints. The carpeting makes the apts a bit stuffy, but fans have helped. This is my fourth apt in philly, and so far, my favorite.
