This was my first apt. I lived in an efficiency and then moved up to a 1-bedroom. I was a stay at home mom for 6 months, and it was a nice place. I did have a problem with the mice and the weed smoke in the hallways and alarm going off every now and then, but management at least tried to be helpful. I was there a long time ago, but I do remember how obliging the "main" management was (the one to whom I would send my rent check). I left mainly due to the neighborhood...and because I needed a 2-br and non were available at the time...I didn't have a car, but the access to public transportation was WONDERFUL!
