I was able to obtain a 2 bedroom 2 bath for about 1/2 market rate ($950) through the subsidized housing program. The building looks to encourage young professionals by lowering rent to those that can show employment but are not rolling in money. You won't get a great balcony or view but definitely worth the money. You can't get a luxury building for these prices. The only problem is the waiting list is long.
The management is friendly and helpful. The building is well kept and always clean.
