Just moved here a couple of months ago. I read the reviews here before making my decision and many people seemed to think it was an okay place. Guess what...they were right!

PROS: Sharon (in leasing) is fantastic and honest. She is always ready to help. Maintenance is good. Security is great...they are always alert. The free shuttle service is great to Center City.

THINGS TO KNOW: Depending on your budget, you can choose your view. The pros of having a "city view" is that you are spared the heavy traffic noise from Spring Garden. The night-time view is cool but you can get bored after a while. If you get a city view, you will most likely get a car-park view in addition. Depending on your floor, this can be annoying. Car alarms go off a lot...especially when there is thunder...Also, some car alarms just go off randomly. However, the fresh breeze from a city-view is great on a windy day. On the other hand, a Spring Garden view will subject you to a lot of noise (except during low traffic times) plus the view...is not that great if you like looking outside your window. However, these apts are cheaper.

Another thing to note is that some of the AC units can be noisy. In addition, I must confess that my neighbor's cigarette smoke sometimes comes through my bathroom air filter.

Overall, I am happy that I chose this place. The apts are spacious, well maintained, no rodents of any sort, neighbors are quiet and some are friendly, the gym is great and easy access to the grocery & video stores downstairs is ideal. You can buy train tokens in the building and they have a free grocery cart for you to use. I also love the fact that the rooms have a lot of sockets for appliances. There is also a little park just next to the building where you can take your dog for a walk or read a book (not at night though!).
