I have lived here a few months. The management is very nice. The maintenance is 24 hours and is there within 5 minutes of a call. They fix anything the first time. Not that I have needed something fixed, except the chain on my toilet once, that I didn't know how to fix. But now it is great. I have a washer and dryer, so I don't have to go to a laundromat. That's great. The front desk is awsome. They are so nice and friendly. They have a shuttle that is free and caters to your stops around the city. I always feel safe. Plus, you don't have to drive anywhere, when there is a market/deli, cleaners, coffee shop/ bakery, and kinkos on your first floor...The best thing is that you don't have to go outside to get your milk. Just down an elevator! All over the best apartment in Philly!!
