I've lived here for 1.5 years. It's the best place I've lived--and I've been in a lot of apartments. You have everything you need: good management, gym, location, parking, safety, nice grounds, convenience. It is truly a pleasure to come home. Only con is it can be pricey. I find it's well worth it, especially for safety peace of mind.
