Forget good reviews you've seen in the past. That was "used to be." Now it sucks to be....living here. Management is terrible now. The whole place is very dirty and reeks of mold and mildew. A thin coat of paint doesn't eliminate mold. Neither does spraying Lysol on the wall. They need to hire professionals but of course Forest City won't spend the money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
