No problems

I have lived here for four years and have never had any major problems. One time my drain in my kitchen wasn't draining and they sent someone up immediately to plunge it (mind you it was at 11pm). Another time my washing machine started leaking. They promptly came and inspected it and installed a new one the following day. As far as the flood that happened. It was a little annoying for a couple of weeks with the dryers in the hallways, but ---- happens people. They could have just dried out the walls and stuck the same wall paper back down and been done with it, but no, they have taken down all the wallpaper and are going to put up all new paper and have painted the doors and are going to put down new carpet. I think it's great and so what if a little noise happens in the process to make the building even nicer than it was to begin with. By the way, I'm home most of the time during the days and I can't say there has been much in the way of noise either. They always alert you if there will be work happening in the halls.
In regards to the fire alarms, yes they are annoying. Do they happen frequently' They did last year. I can't say we've had one while I've been home in quite some time.
Overall this is a fantastic place to live. I have never seen a bug or a rat. Problems are always addressed. The front desk staff is excellent. And I personally have never had a problem with the management. Also, the added convenience of a grocery store, dry cleaner, ice cream shop, chinese restaurant, and fedex/kinkos at the front door is an amazing luxury. I have contemplated moving closer to center city several times, but I remain at Museum Towers because for the space and money it is by far the nicest.
