8am Construction Every Week Day...

I live on the 18th street side of the building and the Montgomery Community College construction is a major noise problem. It consistently starts every day at 8am, sometimes early. I don't know if there are any noise violations that Museum Towers can claim to the GC, but for those prospective residents - know which side of the bldg you're moving into first!
