I'll make bulletpoints:
1.) They've gone through three "managers" in one year, because no one will touch all the problems they have with a 10 ft. pole.
2.) You can never get in touch with anyone at the "office", because they rely on an answering service. Granted, emergencies are responded to, but there's absolutely no courtesy.
3.) Maintenance does not call before entering and evidence of rummaging was apparent.
4.) Problems that are too expensive to fix are ignored, and then pushed onto the next unknowing tenant.
5.) Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced.
6.) Owners are rich and don't pass on any of their wealth to their tenants.
7.) Summed up, "Center City Slumlords in real estate for Quick Cash"
All in all, there's plenty of places in the city to rent that aren't nearly as bad as this place. Listen to these reviews, they are true and if you don't believe these reviewers, find out for yourself.

The place was awful 20 years ago, too. Slum lords then and apparently they still are.
