lived here for 4 years, everything was great until the last 2 when 834 pine street went through a neglectful manager, and are now on their 2nd. 3 ceilings caved in (mine, the person's below me, and in my hallway). they did not properly retile my floor after a leak and a rat came into my apartment. i'm currently not getting my lease renewed for withholding rent because they never fixed my floor (but are "conveniently" working on it now). total slumlords. i can't wait to get out of here.
