I have never in my life ever lived in such a terrible enviorment. Unfortunatly enough i have had to live in a nash apartment for two years now. I would have never stayed after my first year, which it seems nobody from what i have heard and witness stays for more than one. Durning the course of my two years here my apartment has been flooded twice from the above apartment plumming, two of my walls have collapsed along with the ceiling in my bathroom. I was inconvienced enough to the point where i had to find people to stay with days at a time because my apartment was taken over by a bunch of ghetto matienece workers day in and day out, along with many items in my house broken or destoryed, not to mention not having water for periods of weeks off and on for two years. never once did they adjust my rent for my troubles or even appoligize for the inconvience. my apartment had gotten so bad i refused to live in it the last 7 months of my stay here and for the last months rent we all know how it's hard to come up with enough money for first, second and secuirty of a nicer place all at once given that nash apartments don't give you your deposit back until a month after you move out so i was 11 days late for giving them my last months rent granted i had never been late on any of my rent in the past 23 months. after gettin a threatning phone call from management saying they were evicting me along with pressing civil charges against me i payed my rent with the late fee included. a few days later i had a reference sent to nash aparmtents for my new apartment and come to find out they gave such a bad reference saying i was a terrible person but i was late all the time with my rent, was loud and noisey..this place is so terrible, so please do not live at any nash apartments you will regret paying top dollar for nothing. if anybody has anyquestions please feel free to contact me expressguyca23@yahoo.com.
