I moved in here as a student looking for a cheap place to live close to school. It was ok when we moved in in December, but after that it turned into a TOTAL nightmare. The weather wasn't too cold when we moved in so we didn't have to use the heat, but then after the temperature dropped and we tried turning it on we realized that it didn't work. To make a long story short, it took 3 weeks with numerous calls/threats from a lawyer to get heat! The place was just infested with rodents and bugs. Mice were so common, we were forced to get a cat! Not to mention you could hear rats in the walls climbing around. Once Spring hit, the roaches were everywhere! It was disgusting. Oh did I mention we had bed bugs too' It was so bad and the "landlady" wouldn't do anything about it that we were forced to get rid of all our furniture after we moved out. The place was disgusting. Everything was falling apart, old, or just didn't work. The maintenence people were horrible and never really fixed anything, they just ended up rigging whatever was broken to able to be used. The landlady was horrible and I don't know how this place is ever still standing. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN!!
