Extremely disappointing

I have lived in apts.
that were much older that had a fraction of the maintenance issues that my "brand new" unit here had.
Large leaks from ceiling from other tenants upstairs bathroom; took several calls to maintenance before anyone even stopped by.
Bedroom windows leaked during heavy rainstorms.
Construction "cut corners" in quality: front door in frame wrong creating draft in winter, difficulty in securing/opening deadbolt and open pathway for bugs/spiders! NO insulation between tenant floors...constant pounding of party girls upstairs and can hear neighbors using the bathroom in detail.
The location is great in its proximity to main st.
manayunk and the grounds are well kept.
The mgmt.
co is turning the units over to condos and selling them for completely insane prices considering the poor workmanship in building quality!
