I have lived at the Northeast Apartments for 5 years, and my experience here is not a bad one. I have nice neighbors, and live close to shopping & public transportation. I have a spacious apartment with lots of closet space. The staff here treats me nice, even though I hate that my rent went up, but I guess thats to be expected as everything else has increased in price as well! I would recommend this apartment t people that are looking to live in a quite and convenient area.

Are you serious? You don't care that the heat gets turned off way too early and goes on way too late? You don't care that there are problems with the washers and dryers every other day? What about the fact that their are only 2 maintnance guys on site for over 8 buildings. Fran and Little Al are the only actual guys who do maintnance. Big Al is a supervisor, and Tom is a painter and the other guys are all porters. The materials are cheap and the owner doesn't give a hoot about any of the tenants...
