The property owner will not exterminate for mice, roaches and other infestation. In addition there is neither a full/ part time maintenance technician nor full/ part time janitor. More importantly, when SBG management does decide to either repair or install, the workmanship is sub standard being surpassed only by the quality of work that would be performed by an eight year old child. The hot water is off line 4 to 6 times a year for a week or less and the heating system goes off line twice during the winter season. The heating system starts a week late and is turned off before the season is over.
