Drugs,Rat and Thieves Infested! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   If you are smart you won't even think of moving into Oakland Terrace! Besides the place being smelly, noisey and dirty there is NO parking after 7:00pm, so coming home from a hard days work tired frustrates you because you must park on the street. The owner has always been nice but he is a very dishonest man! He doesn't tell you of bad things that happen in the building like apartments being broken into and even homicides. The neighborhood is getting like Kensington and Allegheny with drug deals all the time going on and shady characters hanging around in the halls. Don't be sucked in by the owner's charm. He'll do anything to make a buck!
