I lived in Oakland Terrace for a while and I have to be straight up I disagree with the others. The lanlord is really,really nice and any time I ever had any problems he resolved them quickly.No one ever tried to break in my place in the 3 years I lived there. I must say that philly as a whole is jacked up so finding a decent place for reasonable money is hard. I saw maybe three mice in the time I was there and each time the lanlord sent an exterminator.Telling the honest truth parking is bad. I never had any roaches so, I guess it's based on the cleanliness of the individual!!! overall I give it a B, and the landlord an A !!! So if you're really looking for perfection move out of Philadelphia all together.
