I lived in Oakland Terrace for 3 years and LOVED it! The landlord is extremely nice and willing to help in any way he can. Parking though is a little bit of a pain if you come home after 7, but I loved my apartment. I loved the space, the closets, and the new windows he put in last year. The area is ok, but Philly is getting bad, so one can't really expect to have suburbia in the city on the biggest road. Overall, I say yes to this place!
