its a nice place. you get what you pay for. a very good neighborhood. pet friendly. very nice maintenance staff and very fast acting. property manager is friendly and helpful. the only thing to keep in mind is that they are in the process of remodeling, obvious disturbances of remodeling to be expected but so far well worth it. the only downside is the laundry room. its scary and dungeon like as well as over priced.well worth finding a laundromat. parking is always available on the block. close proximity to train station. nothing hidden. you get what you see. definitely worth checking out.
