My car was broken into at least 6 times in the "well lit" parking lot. 2. Its a very old building and you will probably require maintenance frequently. The washing machines and dryers are ancient and very small. 3. Most of the tenants are college students. Be prepared for loud neighbors. 4. exhorbitant deposits required. they also do not prorate rent. If you are moving out on the 20th, for example, you will have to pay the full months rent.
