Way to expensive in a not so safe neighborhood

Pros
1. Close to PENN and Drexel

Cons
1. Old building with thin walls (can here your neighbor watching TV shows and can't enjoy music without a headphone at night)

2. Located in a not so safe neighborhood

3. A studio costs 1345 and it even doesn't have a great view with no doorman
