Reasonable prices compared to other nice apartment buildings in the area west of the river. Very comfortable, private, and safe. You can get a nice view, too. The lofted ceilings are beautiful cosmetically but allow all the noise (even simply walking) in the apartment above you to be heard. Amenities are great, however, and the management and maintenance are reliable and understanding.
