Close to everything. Safe, quiet apt complex. Great maintenance...within a few hours of youcalling. Friendly lobby staff (actually knows everyone's name). Parking gargage right across the street with reasonable price ($145/month). Good fitness center, indoor pool, whirlpool, etc. Community parties often to meet your neighbors. Wawa in the building. Washer and dryer in my apartment at least. Wired for high speed internet. Free cable. Etc! All in all great downtown living!

great DOWNTOWN living? This place is located in NORTH PHILLY!!! Close to EVERYTHING? They have a SHUTTLE SERVICE because they ARE NOT CLOSE TO ANYTHING. Are you a tenent or Management? Wow. We will pass on this place.

Actually, it is located in Center City. Center City is bounded by South Street to the south, the Delaware River to the east, the Schuylkill River to the west and either Vine Street or Spring Garden Street to the north (Originally it was Vine, now it is considered Spring Garden). This building is easily within walking distance of City Hall, Market Street, the Art Museum, and other parts of Center City. As far as the reviews go, the management doesn't seem to be great, but the location is not bad. However, I am not a resident so what do I know...
