Clean solid building, not the greatest management

Exceptional solid construction quality,
never heard a sound from neighboring apartments. Very efficient noise windows. Very clean and overall nice building. The pool and the gas grills are definitely a plus. The gym is small, but enough for basic workout and it's very convenient to have it in the building.
The staff is generally friendly and efficient.
However, they did charge very unrealistic carpet wear-and-tear fees on moving out. In addition, they kept extending my contract for a year at a time (watch when you sign your rental agreement!) so I couldn't move
out on a 3 months advance notice without a huge pain (despite the fact that when I was signing my lease agreement, they told me that 3 months notice is plenty of time).
