Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
Only soundproof apartment building that I know of in Center City, shuttle bus to center city and West Philly, top manager in charge of the building is easy to talk to. Year round swimming pool, and state of the art fitness center, sauna, sun tan room and showers in spotless locker rooms. We have been here 4 years. Impresive lobby that is also well maintained. Nicely groomed grounds.
