My roommates and I lived in 1 bedroom with a den. The apartment is very spacious (I would say the den is a little tiny if you're going to use it as a bedroom, but the one roommate never had any complaints about it even though the washer and dryer were located in her room. The apartment had free cable, garage parking across the street which was kind of expensive but your car was always safe and you always had a spot. The pool, jacquzzi and gym were very nice features that we enjoyed a great deal. I loved being able to swim in the middle of the winter. There is a convenience store attached to the building which was also a nice perk, even though there was always a beggar standing out in front of it. As far as rent goes, if you dont have a car its much less expensive and they do have a shuttle service although I have never used it myself. I split the rent with my two roommates which made it about 512$ a month which is pretty good for center city living. Its really close to suburban station and major highways. I really did like living here and I will miss it when I move.

Thanx for the insight. More than $1500.00 rent for a ONE bedroom ( with den/big deal)in North Phila section! We will Pass. 17th and Callahill IS NOT Center City Philadelphia, NO NO NO.
