Many facilities but terrible management

I have been living here for more than five years. Although, I enjoy the many facilities in the building, I must say that the management people are terrible. Although the gym is very usable, it is not kept up very clean. The pool is nice, but is often yellow or greenish and there is usually a ring around the pool. The hot tub always has a fowl smell.
The employees (outside of mgt) are very very friendly and courteous.
The management team, as I previously said, is not particulaly honest. If you have a problem, they will say anything to get you out of the office and will often not correct the problem. They rarely communicate to their residents in a meaningful way. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
