One Franklin Town

A nice place to live if you can avoid the management.

The building has nice amenities (pool, fitness room, shuttles, tanning bed, a WaWa on the corner, etc), security, and was renovated Spring 2005, but the management was terrible. Maintenance took forever, billing was a mess, and in a few instances the management overstepped their boundaries contractually. The people that worked security at the desk were always extremely nice and I loved chatting with them, but the two managers were unfriendly, particularly the guy - he was kind of sleazy.
