One Franklin Town

We love it here! From: kytopa Date posted: 9/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We've only been here for three months, but so far we love it. We have found management to be friendly and competent, although it may take one or two requests to get something (non-emergency) done. It is, after all, a HUGE place. Nice mix of people, students, families, working folks, retirees. Amenities are as promised and the building really is nice, with beautiful lounges and common areas. Great views and balconies. With the free shuttle and 2 buslines you can get anywhere, and lots of things are witin easy walking distance. The only negative we have found is that storage is somewhat limited compared to some other apartments we looked at.
