One Franklin Town

Clean looking at first, but then you move in... From: mygreen Date posted: 11/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   My family & I have been here for more than a year. The building looks great at first. They show you a fancy pool & gym. It seems as if the pool is closed more than its open. The dirt that remains in the public spaces is terrible.
