One Franklin Town

Great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I love it here! Location is wonderful - close to the highway, easy to get into the heart of center city, a convenience store right downstairs, and close to the beauty of the museum area. The apartment layouts are great, very spacious, and well kept. The building has a nice gym.. and rarely is there a wait. There is a large outdoor bbq area - that is great for parties and dinners during the summer/spring months. parking is super super easy and affordable. I have not had any problems with the staff at all. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.
