I would first like to say that I have lived here for a few years now and plan on renewing my lease. Before I moved into One Franklin Town, I looked at numerous apartments throughout the city as I am sure most residents do. I based my decision on the following things: cleanliness, affordability, amenities offered and location to my employment. Which all were better than average throughout the city. Over the last few years, these things have not changed. In fact, I have noticed that all of the elevators were renovated which during that time was an inconvenience, but now has approved the look and speed of the elevators. I also have seen them invest in the replacement of carpets and wallpapering of every floor in the building as well. Though I might have liked the lighting a little better in the old light fixtures I do appreciate them making these various changes. I do understand that everyone s experience is sometimes different. But for me I thought I needed to take the time and express my feelings in regards to the embarrassing stickers that my guests had to see so childishly displayed throughout my building. The frivolous complaints (Venting of washer/dryers(WHEN THERE ARE OTHER ONES LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR), equipment not working in the gym sporadically, and pool being worked on) that I see listed on here are something that you as a consumer should have researched prior to moving here and should expect in a building which could have about one thousand people in it. The credit card machine being an exception, which I will agree has made it difficult for me in making my payment because I travel often for work and like getting my frequent flyer miles. In regards, to the management staff other than dropping off my rent and putting in a service request (which normally gets done with in three days) I do not have the time to spend socializing with the management staff. As it seems some of you must do. But my experience has not been a bad one. Last year they also had a few nice little social functions for the residents at different holiday times. However, while I was there I heard people complaining about how they could have something additional. I just think that whoever, this person is that has the time to turn a nice building into a college dorm by posting stickers all over because they are not happy with something someone said to them. You should just MOVE!!! As people stated it is not an inexpensive building and if I disliked the building that much I would not be paying them any rent. It wasn t all bad never knew of this site until you posted it in the building. I would hope that other residents who felt as I do or do not would speak up and express their feeling about our home.

Thank US. Airways flight delay for giving me time to post this.

I think that the person who wrote this is probably getting a little snatch from the manager.
