Great Employees, but no respect

Personally, I really like Hafisa. Brenda, the director of security is fantastic.
The people who clean are really nice too... especially Ms. Shirley - she is a lot of fun. chears to her!
Seriously - I do not understand why the management, when replacing the TV in the gym, replaces it with another 12" TV. It seems to me that if this place wants to call themselves a luxury apartment building - then they should treat their residents accordingly. Their goal should be to give their residents the best experience possible - not the cheapest. This is just one example of why this management is so lousy. It would be nice if management exceeded expectations... rather than always doing what costs the least.
If you are going to spout off as luxury - than make the residents feel like it is a luxury place. Treat the residents with the respect that they deserve.
Likewise, treat the employees with the respect that they deserve as well... and pay them fair wages for the hard work that they do. We have such a turnover of employees at this place - why you may ask' Treat them with respect and fairness that they deserve. Give them proper training... and pay them a fair wage.
Further, management needs to read comments... react... and respond. A building like this should have a rating better than 37%. Something is really wrong if there are all these negative comments on here. It is clear that Forest City has a long history. Perhaps a better committment to honesty & integrity would be a good place to start.
