I'm moving out in November and I WISH I COULD TAKE THIS PLACE WITH ME!! It is beautiful, super clean, maintenance is fast and efficient, plus the wonderful amenities: brand new pool and jacuzzi, gym and weightroom (all free!) free wi-fi in the lobby, outdoor patio with 6 bbq grills where parties are encouraged! tanning bed that is cheaper than a salon, suana and steamroom, men and women's locker rooms and large community room where management holds holiday parties for residents, and residents may also hold private parties in this room. there is a mail slot for outgoing stamped latters, and the electric bill can be given to management with rent. did i mention there's also a washer and dryer in each apt'
Oh and 12" concrete walls separate all apartments! No noise from neighbors! and we never had a noise complaint even when we threw college parties!
every apt has a balcony as well. I live on the 6th floor facing east and the noise is not to bad...i mean it's center city! there's going to be sirens and helicoptors everywhere (trust me i've lived on the first floor at 12th and spruce, i know noisy!)
The management is very friendly and helpful, and as long as you keep in touch with them as to what your move in/out is going to look like, they are very accommodating! Some of the security guards are a bit unfriendly, and slow with sorting packages, but not impossible to deal with.
I don't have a car, but there is parking available across the street that also has a phillycarshare car!
The location is great, right across from Philadelphia Community College, down the street from Whole Foods and Beer distributer, Philly Free Library and Logan Square and so much more! i walk everywhere from this place!

Sounds like an ad for the joint? The person who wrote this can't be serious! Management is terrible. The writer didn't mention the terrible air conditioning, terrible washer & dryers in the apt. (the dryer vents INTO the apt.), and the location (is on the opposite side of the vine street expressway). Its not really much of a neighborhood there - just 2 apartment buildings next to each other and an old age home. If you want a neighborhood or community- this is NOT the place
