this apartment complex has a great location that is on the edge between fairmount and downtown, very convenient for walking places. parking is affordable in the lot across the street. the walls are thick and i have never heard my neighbors while inside my apartment. the street noise can be loud if windows are open. would be great place to live if it wasnt for the inconvenient and often rude office staff. even moving in is a hassle with ridiculous rules and regulations with their loading bay. and they are not very helpful and are dismissive of any problems with the apartment. unfortunate, since otherwise it's not a bad place for the price. doubt i will be renewing my lease though. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
