This place should not even be aloud to rent to humans, I'm not sure I would even let a stray animal live there. I knew a few tenants at this apartment complex. I have been there numerous times and It was just awful. They have massive roaches everywhere. You could be laying on your bed and one will crawl on you that's how bad. Oh and don't even think about putting food, crumbs or and type of eatable substance anywhere except the fridge and sometimes I wonder if that's safe. The landlord is completely, rude, unprofessional, and just makes the stay there just even worse with his inability to comprehend the fact that his Apartment is unlivable. What ever you do, don't I repeat don't make the mistake of moving there. I read all of these things before and then I still moved somewhere people were saying was bad, but I love my apartment. But this place I swear is the biggest ---- hole ever. I would rather pay rent at a homeless shelter. NO JOKE! This place is unsafe, dirty, full of germs, bugs, and who the hell knows what else is lurking about that farm.

you must be one of the 10 tenants that they had to evict. good riddance to you. were you the one who told me that the tires on your car was slashed by the landlord and then called the policw and when they came they said that it was a done tire that you had that needed to be replaced? or were you the one who tried to fight them in court and got tossed on your head and ran away in the middle of the night? either way good riddance at least now we are getting better quality tenants who arent lowlifes that cant afford the rent

First off, I would never rent from you. My rent I pay is over $1,100.00 and my apartment is beautiful. Oh and the tires you are referring to would have been my sisters. And if you were capable of comprehending the English language you would have noted that it states clearly in my comment that I was not the tenant there nor would I ever be. But the tenant you are referring to did get out of her Lease with your horrible apartment and didn't have to pay all the back rent because it was ruled out as a disgusting ---- hole of a place and you might I add are an inconsiderate prick! Oh and I see all of you crazy lies on craigslist saying how wonderful those apartments are. But wait....my friend is that why you have like 5 posted a day because it's awful. Your a waste of time, space and energy.
