This place is a real dump. Everything looks dirty and broken. My bathrooms has mold the tiles are missing. Central air never worked, put that rental office use this alot about the apartment.

The windows are crap also. One thin piece of glass and none have locks are do not shut.
Really in bad shape.

Parking: Good luck finding a spot where your car won't get broken into. There lights on the side of the building do not work. However, the abandant cars and work vans that never seem to move take up most of the parking.

The noise is really a problem. Most nights your hear people yelling at the top of there lungs calling people that live in the apartments. Really loud music.

If you work and have to get up early do not rent here.
You will witness a lot of drug deals, guns and violents.

You'll feel like your on the set of COPS because the cops are always here.

Stop by at night and your see for yourself. When the sun go down. People sit on the steps smoking, drinking doing everything under the sun. Recently, I saw some guys gun shopping right on the lawn. They were pasting the gun to one another. Oh but it get better. The so called manager is part of the problem. You can't go to him about these people because his was one of the guys, getting high. That why the office is hardly ever opens. He just to tire from partying all night.

You'll see unsupervised children throwing rocks, messing up cars in the lot.

Maintenance
It consist of this guy that weights about 100's or so. Looks totally clueless and sometimes lost. Everything he touches always looks worst then when he "worked" and fixed the problem. He is very slow, leaves a very big mess and the job is never complete. His favorite line is I'll finish this tommorow. However, he never shows up again. Your thankful when he gone, because he makes everything worst. I'm not kidding. He is a terrible maintenance guy. Can't even complete a simple task of painting without demaging the carpet. He very clumsy.

About the staff unprofessional, if I had to pick a word (ghetto) No one seems to know anything.

The grounds, well it looks like the city dump. However, sometimes it's gets cleaned, it's rare. Your walk into beer bottles little bags of drugs. All from the night before. Very quite in the mornings everyone sleeps in to party all night.


My overall rating of OXFORD HOUSE APARTMENTS IS A BIG FAT ZERO.
