Nice apartment, middle of nowhere

The apartments in the Packard building are decent in size, and relatively nice, but the building is kind of in the middle of nowhere. Unless you have a car, it is hard to go food shopping, and take care of other day to day tasks. Also, due to the 100% electric heating/cooling, PECO bills are EXTREMELY expensive!

You should see Boone "Lofts," aka "BOONE SCHOOL," if you really want to see EXPENSIVE PECO BILLS...How does nearly $300 sound when your HEAT is GAS??
