My husband and I have been living here for just under a year and we have loved it. The building is maintained very well. I love the high ceilings and the big eat-in kitchen. We live in a 1 bd, 1 bath that is 705 sq. ft. and its perfect size for us. Our neighbors are quiet and helpful. They fitness center is small, but convenient. All the work orders are done promptly. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing is that parking in the building is expensive $150 per month, but I guess thats the case for any place in the city. We usually found ample 24 hr street parking on Wood Ave. although once our car got broken into. So we learned never to leave anything in the car, even CDs.

Overall its a nice building thats fairly priced. Unfortunately we have to move and we are going to miss living here next year!
