Packard Motor Car Building
AVERAGE RATING
< | >
I lived in this building for 2 years and it is kind of a toss-up. On one hand I did not need a car MOST of the time, which really cut down on my expenses like gas, insurance and parking. Walking to Center City was easy, but it could get a little sketchy from time to time if you don't use common sense like taking short cuts through alleys. The apartment was extremely hard to heat without costing a fortune and the walls were paper thin. My floor was pretty quiet because most residents were med students at hospital across the street. There was a halfway house across the street and homeless shelter behind the building towards Vine. None of the people from either place ever bothered me, but I weigh 250 pounds and lift weights.
All in all I think you can find something better for the price vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
