Roaches. There were at least 2 species in my apartment. One species was as big as the ones on the street. They will show you a disorganized log book telling you they never have this problem and increasingly make you feel like your lying. After 2 weeks of the problem the manager told me "maybe I should move" "no one else is complaining". She claimed my apt has been sprayed and no one saw roaches, but everyday I come home there is one in my apt. For 1325 a month you deserve better. Also the walls are paper thin. I even thought a few times someone was in my apt at night bc they sound as if they are in the other room. Staff was so nice until there was a problem. Also close your drains bc they also have sewer roaches that populate the lower floors when it rains. Good Luck
