I moved into the Packard Motor Car Building late 2008 and I must say the current staff is the most professional, friendly, and courteous of any apartment complex I have ever lived in. The complex itself has 3 levels of parking, which makes it a very attractive feature if you want to live in the city and have your vehicle right below your apartment without having to pay an arm or a leg.
Transportation wise, you are 1 block away from the Broad line that will connect you to anywhere in the city. The apartment is kept very clean with professional cleaning services that are almost there everyday of the week. It will be very hard for anyone to do a finger swipe test and find dust. Not to mention, there s freshly brewed coffee everyday in the nicely appointed entertainment room, adjacent to a very nice gym.
