This building looks good at first but you quickly realize that they cut corners any chance they get. You don't get what you pay for. Many of the finishings are cheap - broken or breaking. Do NOT move into an apartment that faces the atrium. What they will not tell you when you're just looking is that sound from the parties in the hotel below leaks into the atrium and into your apartment. That's another down side of the building, the apartments are over a Sheraton hotel. There are no perks to this arrangement, only negatives. There were two fire alarms in the winter due to incidents in the hotel but the whole building had to evacuate in the cold. If all you care about is location and not comfort and amenities when you are home than this is the right place for you. The only good thing about the building is the location and the door men. The office staff are not particularly friendly or interested in your comfort.
