Well, be aware it all looks great from the outside but behind the facade not everything is perfect !
The Staff is very nice and helpful, most of the people who are residents are very arrogant and snobbish.
The walls between the apartments are very thin, you can hear almost everything your neighbor is doing,
due to the two Restaurants that are on the bottom of the building you can smell them on the floors and somedays
its very bad and it comes into the condos.
The Gym is great very good equipment, the pool is great however its not opened very long only from memorial
day to September/October.
Unfortunately there are also mouses and roaches in the building and this almost every 2nd week.
Our Condo is very high up but still the noise from outside is very loud, AC from the next door building, trash-pickup every-morning etc.
The quality of the water is not the best sometimes it gets brown yellowish.
Overall, the location is great amenities are ok however its overpriced.
