I've lived here for a year. The office staff is very accomodating. The maintenance staff is quick, however I have not had any major issues so I can not really vouche for quality of work. Yes the rent gets raised every couple of years, but I have not lived in an apartment complex where that wasn't the case. The only complaint that I have is the noise. The walls are very thin, particularly the ceilings. I lived for 8 months under a family with 2-3 children and the noise began at 5am and ended at 11pm. I reported them and their lease was not renewed because after 10 warnings, they failed to control their children. For those who find it rude to complain about "a child screaming and running in their own room" try being a full time college student and full time worker living beneath your screaming running child. If you can not control your children, as many in this community can't, I suggest a bottom-floor apartment otherwise you will be evicted or your lease won't be renewed because I promise, you will be reported. And I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting to live peacefully in the apartment you are shelling out the cash for every month. If you want a brood of kids, get a house.
