My husband and I are moving in on the first. we'll have to wait and see how it turns out. so far, the management has been very helpful and did everything she could in order to make sure we were well informed and there ws never a problem with her getting back to us for anything, because believe me, we had some questions. The building is a little on the older side but don't let that throw you off. Once we went into the apartment itself I was actually suprised. Another great thing is it's location. It is conveniently located in fox chase right near verree and rhawn. The street itself that the apartment is located on is very quiet. My husband and i love the fact that it is off on a little side street so it feels more secluded. They go for $620 a month and your gas, heat and hot water are included...that's hard to find.
