I would recommend Park Heights as a place to live. I've been here a year in a 3-br apartment and it's pretty spacious. The only thing that's a pretty tight squeeze is the closet in the 3rd bedroom.
Good things include the laundry room (plenty of machines), the building staff (very friendly), prompt maintenance, pretty inexpensive, and very quiet. I have never heard any of the neighbors. The only noise I ever hear is from the street, sometimes people out there can be REALLY loud.
A couple negative things are that some of the other tenants are slobs and can't figure out how to put their trash in the chute, and there is definitely an issue with mice. Maintenance is good with trying to plug up the mouse holes and providing you with traps, but they can still find a way in. As for parking, there is a garage that you have to pay for ($65 a month in a covered space, $50 uncovered). It's not really a bad price if you consider how cheap the rent is. And there is street parking but you'd want to use the Club.
The area itself isn't the greatest. I don't ever walk anywhere and I prefer to drive 20 minutes or so to go to a grocery store or drug store. But the building itself seems safe to me.
So to wrap it up, this is a good place to live if you're trying to save up some money to get a house or live in a nicer neighborhood. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
