I've lived in Park Terrace for over 6 years. It is in a great neighborhood, directly next to Pennypack park, which makes for nice recreation and relaxation. The apartment itself is spacious and the staff are good about fixing things, but since the complex is old...things are always breaking...but the staff are attentive. The apartment building mainly caters to older folks, but there are also families here. It is a nice atmosphere. People are all very friendly and kind. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
